One huge problem monkey owners face is the monkeys becoming obese. It is the number one cause of death in pet monkeys, and a very serious issue. In the wild, monkeys feed pretty rarely, as filling meals are hard to come by. Thus, overfeeding your monkey even by a little bit will quicly result in an incredible belly. I recommend a feeding schedule of two filling meals a week, such as mice or other vermin.
